Wind Turbine Generator

Wind-driven generators converts the wind energy into the mechanical energy and in turn, into electricity. By generating power using the wind force and accumulate it in the storage batteries, they can convert the stored power into alternating current. Wind & Solar Hybrid Energy System

We design two power system into one combined one, just in order to guarantee with the power is enough to be charged in the solar battery everyday, if some day there is sunlight but without the wind energy, the solar panel charge the battery. The other way round, if some day there is wind energy but without the sunlight, the wind turbine can charge the power to the battery. When someday both wind & solar energy is enough, both can charge the battery. When the night is coming, the wind turbine is also can continue to work for supply the power to the system, so we sure the system will be popular in the coming future.

Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT)

 

VT-series wind turbine for the built-up environment with turbulence

Unlike those horizontal axis wind turbine to be directed in the direction of the wind, either by a tailvane or by a sensor based control mechanism – adding again to its cost, our VT-series vertical axis wind turbines do not need such a control system and are completely irrelevant from which side the wind blows.

Vertical axis wind turbines are able to utilize wind from any direction, including wind not entering perpendicular to the axis but for instance passing at an upward angle as is the case when passing over a building and convert that energy with an even higher efficiency into electricity. No other turbines have been found in the literature that is equably suited to utilize the ever-changing wind within city limits. Constantly shifting winds, a serious problem for the normal wind turbines, are an extra stimulant for vertical axis wind turbines.

Because VT series have an odd number of blades (3 or 5) of winglike blades with a fixed distance to the shaft, they can achieve a low noise level, high aerodynamic efficiency, no noticeable vibration and maintenance free.
